The profession of plumber is equally important and tough as compare to other traditional career streams. To become a skillful plumber, a degree in plumbing training is required. For this, you have to pass the general aptitude test that assesses your ability (regarding basic mathematical calculations and word problems). This aptitude test is taken only to be sure that you don’t lack in any field whether it is related to the measurements or calculations. Practice of mathematical calculations is necessary to do practical tasks that are held in plumbing training classes.
The duration of primary plumbing training is three years in which 145 hours of coursework are included. Sometimes this duration may increase up to four-five years. This will depends on the skills of a plumber trainee. It means if you are able to learn plumbing methods quickly then your degree can complete within the duration and if you are unable to learn quickly then your degree duration might increase.
